The Mazda 2 remains one of the most searched compact cars in Colombia's used car market thanks to its low fuel consumption, reasonable maintenance costs, and solid parts availability. If you are considering buying one, it helps to understand what drives the price within that broad range.
Why does the used Mazda 2 price vary so much?
With 88 units listed, the gap between the lowest and highest price is over $51 million pesos. The main factors that affect price include:
- Model year, with newer units generally sitting at the higher end
- Mileage accumulated on the vehicle
- Trim level (Touring, Grand Touring, or others depending on availability)
- Maintenance history and overall body condition
- The city or dealer where the listing is posted
Because of this, it is worth comparing several listings rather than focusing only on the cheapest option available.
How to find the right used Mazda 2 for you
If your budget is closer to the lower end, you will likely find units with higher mileage or from earlier model years. If you can stretch toward the upper end of the range, up to $82,997,000 COP, you typically gain access to newer models or better equipped trims.
