What to check before buying a used Ford Fiesta
Before closing the deal, check the maintenance history, the condition of the transmission (automatic or manual) and whether the mileage matches the overall wear of the car. It is also smart to ask for valid SOAT insurance, a current technical mechanical inspection and confirmation that the car has no liens or legal holds.
If the Fiesta you like sits near the lower end of the price range, ask for the exact year and engine, since older higher mileage units tend to land there. If you are closer to the $48,700,000 COP ceiling, you will likely find lower mileage units or higher trim packages.
